Current RN for a large national hospice provider. Unimpressed with AI tools used for even documentation, consistent failures by Ai in understanding simple orders, requiring nursing to spend valuable time teaching Ai. Which continues to fail. If AI cannot operate even in documentation it can and will fail in other applications.
